Relaxation Friday


OK...enough with the blogging already! Here is a little "meditation" you can do right where you are, perhaps while reading this blog! Simply say the first word on the in-breath and the second word as you exhale through your nostrils:

In....Out

Deep...Slow

Calm...Ease

Smile...Release

Present moment...Wonderful moment
