Commission Rebate!

Simple: retain me as your "buyer-broker" and I will rebate you a minimum of 1/3 of the commission I receive if you purchase and close on a property.

If you choose to do the majority of work yourself and simply want me to represent you at the closing, perhaps give an opinion on the property; I will rebate you 80% of the commission received.
