Congratulations to Peter!

After being inundated(by mostly new agents) when I posted we were looking for agents, I have since put a freeze on hiring.First I realized new agents require a lot of work and training and most would be better suited starting at a firm that can provide this. But I ran into Peter on the street and was happy to hear from him and that he was ready to try something new. The Burkhardt Groups business model rewards agents that already have their own established business and understand the nuts and bolts of working as a real estate agent. Not that this is rocket science, but it takes a certain amount of knowledge to operate efficiently and get deals done. For those who have some(or a lot) of experience, working under our model can be very rewarding; both financially and personally. We offer our agents a 95% split (minimum to house of $250) with no additional fees to be paid. You can read more about all the details and benefits of working under our model on our website.

I just wanted to congratulate Peter on his first deal after only about a week working with us! Peter has been listing like crazy and will show you apartments anywhere in the city. He has over 18 years of experience and I think he will continue to be very happy working with our agent/client friendly model.

He collected a fee of: $3622.00 He is paid: $3372!

If he was working under a traditional system his share of the commission would have been: $1811.

So as an agent you literally can do half the deals and make just as much money. You can also be creative with your fee structure and offer your clients gift cards or commission rebates. Because of the generous commission split you could also create your own "team" or "group" and literally run your own little company under our umbrella. You will maximize your earnings potential and build a very happy referral base along the way. In this new marketplace you will need to be creative and think outside the box if you want to be successful. I also understand what it's like to be an agent, I have been one for 20 years (still am!). And our new model also applies to the way our agents are treated and gives them the respect and positive reinforcement they need to be successful in this business.

This fall we will officially roll out our complete business plan and the exciting ways we are going to make your real estate experience more profitable and enjoyable. And this applies to our agents and clients equally! We will also officially begin to look for qualified agents to work with us.

Enjoy the rest of your summer!!
