I share my owner paid commission with you.
Rent any apartment in the city with me where the owner is paying the commission and I will give you a gift card equal to 35% of the commission I receive from the developer. I did this last year and gave away over $15,000 dollars, it was a huge success for all involved.
So if you rent a $3500 dollar apartment you will receive a gift card of $1225! Simple.
You will be given your Gift Card upon The Burkhardt Group receiving payment from the owner. (Yes we put this in writing!)
